Terms and Conditions for Driver of the week
Welcome to the Weekly Competition organized by Nebula Logistics for the drivers of our TruckersMP Virtual Trucking Company (VTC). By participating in this competition, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
- Participation in the competition is open to all active drivers registered with Nebula Logistics on TruckersMP.
- To be eligible for consideration as the Driver of the Week, drivers must log a minimum of 1000 kilometers during the competition week.
Competition Period:
- The competition begins at 00:00 hours (GMT) every Monday and ends on every sunday at 23:59 hours (GMT).
Selection of Driver of the Week:
- The Driver of the Week will be determined based on the highest number of kilometers driven during the competition period.
- In the event of a tie, the driver who reached the milestone first will be declared the winner.
- The decision of the administrators of Nebula Logistics regarding the selection of the Driver of the Week is final and binding.
Prize:
- The Driver of the Week will be awarded a prize consisting of 1 free DLC for Truck Simulator.
- The prize will be delivered to the winner within 7 days of the announcement.
- The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- The prize is also non-transferable to any friends or collegues. Meaning the prize is and always will be for you.
Disqualification:
- Nebula Logistics reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unfair practices.
- Drivers found to be manipulating their kilometers or engaging in any form of cheating will be immediately disqualified from the competition and or any future competitions.
- Nebula Logistics reserves the right to deny any winner for any reason at any time.
Announcement of Winner:
- The winner of the Driver of the Week competition will be announced on shortly after the closing period via Nebula Logistics's official communication channels, these including Discord, website, or social media platforms.
Privacy:
- By participating in the competition, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and delivering the prize.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Nebula Logistics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
