Terms and Conditions for Giveaways on the Nebula Logistics Discord Server
Welcome to the giveaways hosted by Nebula Logistics on our Discord server. By participating in these giveaways, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
- Participation in the giveaways is open to all members of Nebula Logistics Discord server.
- Participants must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Giveaway Period:
- The start and end times of each giveaway will be announced in the respective giveaway channel on the Nebula Logistics Discord server.
Entry:
- To enter the giveaway, participants must follow the instructions provided in the giveaway announcement.
- Each participant is allowed one entry per giveaway unless stated otherwise.
Winner Selection:
- Winners will be selected randomly from the giveaway.boats discord bot we use.
- The number of winners and prizes available for each giveaway will be clearly stated in the giveaway announcement.
Prizes:
- Prizes for each giveaway will be clearly stated in the giveaway announcement.
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- Prizes may be transfered to a friend IF the giveaway host accepts the request.
Delivery of Prizes:
- The method and timeline for delivering prizes will be communicated to the winners individually.
- Nebula Logistics is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes during shipment if the prize is for a physical item.
Disqualification:
- Nebula Logistics reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or attempts to manipulate or cheat the giveaway system.
- Disqualified participants will forfeit their eligibility to receive any prizes.
Termination of Giveaways:
- Nebula Logistics reserves the right to stop or terminate any giveaway at any time without prior notice. This may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or any other reasons deemed necessary by Nebula Logistics administrators.
- In the event of a giveaway termination, Nebula Logistics shall not be liable to provide any compensation or alternative prize to participants.
